We take great care to ensure all items are packaged and dispatched in good condition. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns and Refunds
- Any issues, disputes, or claims regarding an order must be reported to us within 48 hours of the item being marked as delivered.
- Refunds, replacements, or ret urns will only be considered where an item has arrived damaged.
- To support a claim, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and its packaging.
- Claims submitted after the 48-hour period will not be eligible for review or compensation.
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction with the product where no damage has occurred.
- Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, we will determine whether a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution will be provided.
